Our Process

Pre-Production

  • For the onboarding process, certain admin steps must not be missed to ensure the whole photoshoot goes smoothly and aligns with you. This is a summary of the administrative stuffs I will go through with you.

    • Enquire on details of property that requires photography coverage

    • Enquire on possible date & time for photoshoot

    • Enquire on location full address

    • Provide quotation & deliverables for your reference and consideration

    • Issue invoice upon confirmation

    • 20% deposit to secure booking slot

  • To understand your brand’s identity and project goals, I may request to view your existing ID portfolio/social media to get a sense of how you present yourself and to your prospects.

    I may also enquire a set of your project’s 3D design illustrations to get a good look and have a deeper understanding of your creative thought process, so that the eventual results are not just images, but also delivering a quality set that elevates your brand, your vision and ideas.

On-site Production

  • The session starts with early arrival of site to have a look around the interiors of the unit/property and also the exterior, followed by setting up of equipments and test shoot.

    Before the start of actual shoot for each room/area, there will be some declutter process and arrangements to make the place look neat and presentable for shoot. All these will be done under the presence of home owner and/or designer to ensure safety & security is accounted for.

  • Even though details has been nailed down during the pre-production phase, we also ensure effective communications on the spot so that we can handle any varying factors more smoothly such as

    • Sudden change in weather during shoot or just before shoot

    • Items to be removed for privacy

    • Certain region(s) of the room/space not ready for shoot due to circumstances from owner’s or ID’s side

Post-Production

  • With the aim to bring your visuals to life with precision and artistry, we devote meticulous attention to detail, selecting only the best shots to represent your project.

    We also invest time and effort to work on the edits of each and every selected best pick photos to create a cohesive and visually stunning final gallery.

    Whether it's enhancing colors, adjusting lighting, refining composition, or removing blemishes, we meticulously work through each layer to ensure that every aspect of your visuals looks natural and polished.

  • Our approach to color grade will be natural true color, but of course, depending on the design, the mood of the day, we can introduce warm & vibrant palette or cool & relaxing tone while maintaining true color.
